Co payment for seniors older than 65 years of age

You should apply if you have a valid Ontario Health card number, you are aged 65 years or older, and your annual net income is no more than either:

• $25,000 if you are a single senior

• $41,500 if you are a senior couple (combined household income)

NB: the income threshold changes every year, if you don’t qualify this year.

Remember every year after you file the annual income tax and you receive your notice of assessment you can reapply.
